v1.1Effective September 17, 2026
Data Deletion Request
This page explains how to delete personal data held by Neivan Technology Holdings, LLC ("Neivan", "we", "us") in connection with the Synapse platform (the "Service"), including data obtained when you connect a Facebook, Instagram or YouTube account. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. Who decides about your data
- If you use Synapse through your employer's or another organization's account, that organization (the "Customer") controls its workspace data and we process it on its behalf. Ask that organization first; we act on its instructions under our Data Processing Agreement. If you write to us instead, we will pass your request to the organization.
- We decide about — and this page covers — your own Synapse sign-in account, data about visitors to our website, and data we hold because you connected a third-party account yourself.
2. Delete your Synapse account yourself
Signed-in users can do this immediately:
- Open Settings → Privacy & observation.
- Under Delete my account, confirm by typing DELETE.
Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone. It removes your sign-in, your profile, your personal knowledge (including voice recordings and writing samples), and the personal records tied to your account. Work you created for your organization — such as agents or documents — stays with the organization, with your name removed from it. Before deleting, you can use Download export on the same page to download a copy of what we hold about you.
If you are the owner of an organization that still has other members, transfer ownership or remove the other members first; the platform will tell you if this applies. To delete an entire organization's data, email us (Section 5).
3. Data connected through Facebook or Instagram
If you connected a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account to Synapse, we hold the access tokens Facebook issued to us, the identifiers and names of the Pages and accounts you connected, and records of what agents published or deleted through that connection.
To have that data deleted:
- Email [email protected] from the address on your Synapse account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request — Facebook", naming the Page or Instagram account. We delete the tokens and the data obtained through that connection within 30 days of confirming the request, and reply to confirm when it is done.
- Also remove our app in Facebook if you want to cut off access at the source: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select the app, and choose Remove. Removing the app in Facebook stops it working but does not by itself notify us to delete what we already hold, so please also send the email in step 1.
A Facebook or Instagram connection belongs to the organization that connected it, so deleting your personal account does not remove it; use step 1.
4. Data connected through YouTube
If you connected a YouTube account to Synapse, we hold the access and refresh tokens Google issued to us, the connection's status, and the records and results of what agents did through that connection. Our Privacy Policy (Section 6) describes this in full.
- Disconnect it yourself. Choosing Disconnect on the YouTube connection in Synapse asks Google to revoke our access and deletes the stored tokens.
- Revoke it in Google. You can also revoke Synapse's access from your Google security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is revoked, we delete the stored tokens and other stored YouTube data within 30 days.
- Ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address on your Synapse account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request — YouTube", naming the YouTube account. We delete stored data related to you that we obtained through YouTube API Services as soon as possible and within 7 days, and reply to confirm when it is done.
5. Ask us to delete data
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or use the request form at https://neivan.ai/trust/rights. Tell us which account or organization the request is about.
- Verification. Before deleting anything we confirm the request came from the person or organization entitled to make it — usually by replying to the email address on the account. We never ask for your password.
- Timing. We respond within the time the applicable law allows — within 45 days under most US state privacy laws — and delete verified requests within 30 days of verification unless the law requires otherwise. Data obtained through YouTube API Services is deleted within 7 days (Section 4).
6. What we may keep
We may keep a limited record where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and resolve disputes: billing and transaction records, the fact that a deletion request was made and completed, and security and audit logs. Audit log entries are append-only and may retain the email address of the person who took a recorded action. We keep these only as long as necessary and never use them for any other purpose.
